– Complete disassembly and thorough cleaning by way of hot tank & pressure tested to ensure casting integrity
– New valve seats installed as necessary
– New valve stem seals installed on all our heads & all valve guides are replaced with new ones as essential.
– Valve job Performed with all required angles & vacuum tested seals to verify absolute best compression.
– PCD milled to verify an ideal smooth finish. (PCD stands for Polycrystalline Diamond, and is absolute best for aluminum heads).
– CBN milled to verify an ideal smooth finish. (CBN stands for Cubic Boron Nitride and is absolute best for cast-iron heads).
– All essential parts are wiped clean and inspected before final assembly to satisfy AERA specifications
