Intake Valve Diameter: 1.89 inches
Exhaust Valve Diameter: 1.55 inches

Remanufacturing Process Includes:
– Complete disassembly and thorough cleaning by the use of hot tank & pressure tested to ensure casting integrity
– New valve seats installed as necessary
– New valve stem seals installed on all our heads & all valve guides are replaced with new ones as vital.
– Valve job Performed with all required angles & vacuum tested seals to verify very best compression.
– PCD milled to verify a perfect smooth finish. (PCD stands for Polycrystalline Diamond, and is easiest for aluminum heads).
– CBN milled to verify a perfect smooth finish. (CBN stands for Cubic Boron Nitride and is easiest for cast-iron heads).
– All vital parts are wiped clean and inspected before final assembly to fulfill AERA specifications
