This will not burn your battery. A sophisticated charging computer constantly monitors the battery and will charge just as much as needed to maintain your battery at full charge. Green LED indicates AC POWER ON, Yellow LED indicates battery is charging, Yellow LED off indicates that charging has completed and the charger has entered go with the flow mode. This charger has a front panel switch selectable for either “Flooded” (normal lead acid batteries that have caps for checking liquid level) or the AGM type (Sealed) batteries. As a result of the charger’s maintenance mode the formation of sulfates on the battery plates is greatly reduced.
