Tips before the use of:

1.When unboxing the wireless charger for first-time use, make sure to tear off the protective films on the bottom anti-slip silicone pad and over the earphone charging area. The anti-slip silicone pad will protect your phones from sliding off.

2.When charging the Apple Watch, it is better not to releash the Apple Watch band. This allows the watch snaps and centers to the built-in watch charger portion more firmly, and thus offer a stable and efficient charging. Important Notice: Wireless charger doesn’t work with Apple Watch 7 of Version 8.3.

Warmly Note if your devices fail to charge:

  • 1. Make sure your devices Give a boost to QI wireless charging function before the use of this wireless charger.
  • 2. No need to install Apple Watch cable. The built in watch charger portion supports Apple watch only. Not for Apple Watch 1, Samsung watch, and other brand watches. Not work for Apple Watch Series 7 of watchOS 8.3 version.
  • 3. Not suitable for Airpods 1 or Airpods 2 without wireless charging case. If your Airpods 2 fails to charge, please check if it has wireless charging function.
  • 4. Compatible with Airpods 2, Airpods Pro, Galaxy Buds, and other TWS earphones with wireless charging cases.
  • 5. Phone cases with magnetic and metal attachments or cards will make the LED indicator flashing and prevent charging. Not compatible with OtterBox Commuter phone case. For silicone/rubber/plastic/TPU phone cases less than 5 mm thick only.
  • 6. For a better charging experience, pls use the equipped QC3.0 Adapter to charge all devices. Don’t charge the wireless charger with PC port, USB port from socket, or Apple 5V/1A adapter.
  • 7. Place your devices right to corresponding wireless charging area when charging. If your phone is misaligned, or an incompatible adapter/cable is connected, the blue LED indicator will be flashing.
  • 8. If your iPhone models fail to charge, it may be caused by the IOS bug (especially IOS 14.3). Please try to shut off or restart your phone to solve the issue.
  • 9. iPhone 13/12 models feature built-in MagSafe system, interfering with the charging coils in the wireless charger and charge will be slower than other iPhone models.
  • 10. If iPhone 13/12 Pro Max fails to charge, the reason might be that the size is too large to align with the charging area of the charger. You could try to charge the phone horizontally, wear phone case thinner than 5mm or without a protective case on.

Sleep-Friendly Indicator

The blue LED indicator will be on if power source is connected. Intelligent LED indicator light shows the corresponding charging status of the devices. The blue light is breathing when the phone is entering charging mode; and the blue light flashing when foreign object is detected, the phone is misaligned, or an incompatible adapter/cable is connected. When the phone is not charging or in standby mode, the blue light is all the time on.
